Looks like the troll bridge is back in business. Great news if you’re “in the scene”, since you probably know the answer to the troll bridge. But for the rest of us commonfolk, we need some help.

Without further ado, here’s the current question:

For those of you who have jailbroken iPhones and iPod Touches, you’ll probably have heard of, a site that allows you to find thousands of IPA files for your iPhone/iPod Touch. Right now they’re migrating to better servers to make it easier to access, and hence a troll bridge has been implemented to restrict the number of users accessing it.

The current question:

This site made a bad knockoff of Appulous to try to get hits, but ended up getting DDoSed until they took it down. It’s
The answer is:

windows 7 pwns vista

Windows 7 tops Vista in early consumer sales by more than 200% —

Looks like Windows 7 is gaining some momentum here. For those of you who don’t know what Windows 7 is, it’s the latest operating system released by Microsoft to replace Vista. Vista has long been known for its problems, such as being slow, taking up too much memory, crashing often, etc. With Windows 7, Microsoft is hoping to fix this problem and bring us back to the good old days of XP, where it was much more stable and less of a memory hog.

My laptop is still running on Vista as of now, but once the holidays are here I’ll be making the switch to Windows 7. I’m planning on a full reinstall from scratch as I heard that it’s better. Hence, I’ll have a lot of important data to backup, as well as different software to install and reconfigure once Windows 7 is up and running. I’ll also probably be taking the chance to put together a dual-boot system, probably with a general Linux distribution like Ubuntu or maybe a pen-test one. I might even look into a hardware upgrade for my wifi card – Intel ones just can’t match up to Atheros.

Are you guys still running on XP/Vista? Or are you a Linux/Mac user?
